Warranty & Refund policy
Warranty
We pride ourselves in using the highest grade timber and techniques to will ensure a lifetime of use. We offer an ten year structural warranty on all our furniture pieces.
The longevity of the finish is dependent on its treatment and environment, so while we have very few issues, and our finish stands up very well to moist areas, we can’t offer a warranty on the surface finish. That said, we can assist if you need advice on re-finishing or rejuvenating your furniture.

Returns & Refunds
As our products are made-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to provide a return or refund for your order once the deposit invoice has been paid for, so we will work closely with you to ensure all the necessary specifications are captured and supplied in writing (via email and/or reflected in your invoice) to avoid any miscommunication. Any errors by us will of course be rectified in a timely manner.
If you do require an amendment or a change request to your order, we are happy to supply a quote. There may be impacts on the production schedule to accommodate change requests, and our team will advise accordingly. Note that delivery costs to receive the item back at our factory will be at your cost in this instance.
