Pickup, Delivery & Freight

You are welcome to save on freight and pickup from our factory in Mordialloc. Pickups are available between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (exc public holidays). Please note that on completion, your item must be collected within 14 days, or may incur an additional storage fee.

Please note that the warehouse is temporarily closed and pickup availability resumes as normal from 18 June 2025

We work with trusted delivery partners to safely deliver your custom furniture. Standard Flat Rate Freight is available to metro hubs for most furniture pieces. Includes ground floor delivery with standard access (no stairs or tight corners). Excludes bulky items such as floating beds and pieces over 3m. Please note you may need to assist with receiving your delivery.

Standard Flat Rate Freight* is offered to a few metro cities:

Melbourne metro - $150
Sydney metro - $250
Canberra metro - $250
Brisbane metro - $300

Our furniture has travelled far and wide across Australia, and we work with trusted freight partners to help do this. Your custom furniture piece will be expertly packed and wrapped and delivered via truck or train to most places in Australia*.

Interstate freight is calculated by distance, so send us your post code so we can get you an accurate freight cost. 

*Due to the size of some of our furniture, it is regrettably cost prohibitive to freight to some regional or rural areas.
