All the timber we use is either reclaimed from old homes and factories, or sustainably-forested with minimal environmental impact.

We love and respect where we live as much as the next person, and do our best to ensure all our practices are as earth-friendly as possible.

Due to the nature of timber as an organic material, timber tone, feature and grain may vary from piece to piece. 

All our custom timber furniture pieces are proudly designed and made in Melbourne. Our workshop is in the beautiful bayside suburb, Mordialloc. Feel free to ask us about our processes or even to take a peek at the workshop. 

You are very welcome to visit our showroom to view work and timber samples. We are open by appointment only, click on this link to book in.

The Made To Order section of the site lists the furniture that is available to pre-order. We don't have these items in stock, and they only be made when your order is confirmed. We have some of our standard size and timber options listed to make it easy for you, and if you were after something customised, you can click on the "Custom" option or connect with us here.

In stock items are available, and ready to go! You can pick up from our Mordialloc factory during business hours, or contact us for delivery options.

We require in-stock items to be paid for in full.

Our In Stock items are available to purchase now.

If purchasing a Made To Order item, our current lead time is around 6-10 weeks. Note that our production lead times fluctuate depending on time of year and how busy we are, so check back on this space to see the latest.

Please let us know if you need your order in sooner than the lead time quoted above, and we’ll see what we can do. A 25% rush fee may be incurred.

If you are still working on final measurements with your architect or builder and your deadline is looming, we suggest leaving a deposit first to secure your place in our production line while we work to firm up the details of your order.

To make it easier for freight and access to our home, some of our pieces may come to you flat packed. No fear, our timber furniture is easy to put together, usually with a standard ratchet or allen key. 

If assistance with assembly is required, we can organise to send one of our friendly staff over to help assemble for an additional fee (Melbourne only)

In Stock items require full payment before delivery.

For Made To Order items, choose between:

• Full payment upfront, or
• 50% deposit with remaining balance due before delivery

By selecting the deposit option, you authorise automatic charges on your chosen payment method according to the schedule shown at checkout.

We pride ourselves in using the highest grade timber and techniques to will ensure a lifetime of use. We offer an ten year structural warranty on all our furniture pieces.

The longevity of the finish is dependent on it’s treatment and environment, so while we have very very few issues, and our finish stands up very well to moist areas, we can’t offer a warranty on the surface finish. That said, we can assist if you need advice on re-finishing or rejuvenating your furniture.

For In Stock items, we accept a 14 day change of mind return in form of store credit. Delivery costs may not be refunded.

Note that delivery costs to receive the item back at our factory will be at your cost.

For Made To Order items, we are unfortunately unable to provide a return or refund for your order once the deposit invoice has been paid for, so we will work closely with you to ensure all the necessary specifications are captured and supplied in writing (via email and/or reflected in your invoice) to avoid any miscommunication. Any errors by us will of course be rectified in a timely manner.
